The Blank and The Blank's debut album, 'My Diseased Mind', is a medley of art rock, progressive rock, musical poetry, and relaxing organized noise. The double-album offers a whopping 20 tracks, including a cover of Twenty One Pilots. Sounds of guitar, piano, ukulele, voice, trumpet, plants, pencils, a skateboard, a deck of cards, a kazoo, and many many others are featured on the tracks. All "instruments" were performed on by Max Farley and Mack Massey. Influence derives from Pink Floyd, M83, Dirty Projectors, David Bowie, Death Cab for Cutie, Awolnation, Gorillaz, Bob Dylan, Kid Cudi, Father John Misty, The War on Drugs, Beatles, Nirvana, and The Killers.
